1. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products, online training, workshops, downloadable resources, and educational content, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Payment successfully deducted but service/product was not delivered.

  • Technical issues on our side that prevent access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital products and downloadable materials.

  • Recorded training sessions.

  • Online workshops attended by the participant.

  • Membership fees and subscription fees already utilized.

  • Services already delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration before the scheduled workshop or service begins. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless specifically approved under this policy.

LataDigitalHub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop, training session, or event. In such cases, participants may be offered an alternative session or a refund at our discretion.
